Edward Homes Development has started construction on Melrose Professional Park, a 120,000-square-foot medical and office condominium project in Gilbert.
The development is located at the southeast corner of South Rome Street and East Melrose Street.
Plans call for eight buildings of about 10,000 square feet and two buildings of about 20,000 square feet. Units will range from roughly 5,000 to 20,000 square feet.
The first phase is scheduled for delivery in April 2026, with full completion expected by December 2026.
