Developer opens sales of more Arcadia-area townhomes

Geneva Holdings LLC just kicked off sales of the second phase of The Arcadian, a town home community under development between the Arcadia and Biltmore submarkets.

The 1.6-acre site at 32nd Street north of Indian School Road will include 40 units ranging between 1,406 and 1,923 square feet and priced between $548,000 and the low $900,000s.
