Later this month, Red Hawk Development will play host to a pre-construction sales event for businesses interested in a space at its small-format industrial suite development near Glendale Municipal Airport.
Charles Eckert, founder and principal of the Phoenix-based business, stated in an email that vertical construction should start in June on Red Hawk Industrial Park-Glendale at 7922 N. Glen Harbor Drive.
This new industrial condominium project features private exterior yards. Eckert stated expanding to Glendale matches Red Hawk’s long-term strategy to reach the West Valley, to meet demand for space used by smaller scale businesses and tradesmen.
“Our new industrial parks will focus on underserved markets and niches where businesses demand turnkey industrial suites with easy access via freeways. Glen Harbor Business Park checks every box: location, size, zoning, entitlements, surrounding environment and amenities,” Eckert stated. “Its proximity to Glendale (Municipal) Airport is an added advantage and a meaningful customer draw.”
