Miner reps buyer of Tempe industrial warehouse

Nick Miner, CCIM, and JT Taylor of ORION Investment Real Estate announce the sale of a ± 25,419 SF owner/user industrial warehouse located in the heart of Tempe’s industrial corridor. Nick Miner, CCIM, and JT Taylor represented the Buyer, AETAZHQ25, LLC, in the purchase of the Industrial warehouse located at 733 W. 22 Street, Tempe, Arizona 85282. The property sold for $5,100,000, just over $200/Sq. Ft.

The property is located in the heart of Tempe’s Broadway Industrial Park, a business park with over 25 million square feet of warehouse and office/flex properties. Broadway Industrial Park has convenient access to I-10, US-60 and Loop 202. The property has a large lot with ample yard space for vehicles circulation, outdoor storage and building expansion.

“This was a win-win for both the buyer and seller. The buyer was bursting out of the seams at their existing facility and really wanted a more central location for their business,” Miner said.

Taylor stated, “We evaluated numerous properties and are very happy to have helped the buyer find the perfect building for his business in terms of size, price and geography.”
