New helm of Arizona PAC

Jonathan Lines, Yuma County supervisor and former chair of the Republican Party of Arizona, is taking a seat at the top of Arizona PAC, a political action committee focused on reinforcing and growing Republican majorities in the legislature.

Arizona PAC was born out of a partnership between two-time gubernatorial candidate Karrin Taylor Robson and car dealership president and political donor Jim Click in 2023, with the goal of supporting conservative candidates poised to win both primary and general elections.

During the 2024 cycle, the PAC spent big on canvassing, mailers, and all types of advertisements to support Republican candidates in competitive districts and to oppose Democrats and one Republican, Josh Barnett, running against incumbent Sen.Shawnna Bolick in District 2.

Lines said the focus will continue to be on the legislative races but noted the committee would be open to wading into other elections if the opportunity arose.
