Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek now fully leased

Another retail center in Queen Creek has been completed and is now complete and 100% leased.

Owner Vestar announced on Thursday the completion of open-air retail center Vineyard Towne Center at the northwest corner of Gantzel and Combs roads.

The $100 million, 260,000-square-foot Vineyard Towne Center, 37666 N. Gantzel Road, broke ground in 2021 and has reached full occupancy, featuring a mix of national, regional and local tenants.
