Noem speaks in Arizona on election security and state’s past elections

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was in the Valley on Friday, talking about election security and how Arizona needs improvements during elections.

The Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap and other state lawmakers joined Noem at the press conference.

This is the second time in three weeks that Noem has staged a large media event in Arizona in which she did not make an announcement.
