Harvard Investments was the winning bidder of an Arizona State Land Department auction, securing 78.7 acres for less than $1 million.
The Scottsdale-based developer was the only bidder at the Feb. 4 auction for the vacant land in Goodyear, securing the land for the minimum bid of $832,000, according to public records on file with the state land department.
