Marketing materials cited proximity to major employment drivers, including Davis–Monthan Air Force Base and Tucson International Airport.
The seller was WB Real Estate LLC (San Antonio, Texas), and the buyer was 5070 E Valencia LLC of Tucson, David Williams, manager.
