Commercial growth is booming in the city of Maricopa, and a wide variety of highly anticipated and much requested businesses are either in talks to or are already planning to bring their goods, services, and brands to Maricopa. The question is, what stores and restaurants specifically are planning to make the jump down the 347 to the city?
During this year’s Future Planning Meeting, City Manager Ben Bitter revealed what is planned to be opening in the city in a variety of locations, showing off the economic growth of the city for the next couple of years at least.
Firstly, the Maricopa Casa Grande Highway is seeing vast commercial growth down its length. A new Starbucks location has already reportedly broken ground, looking to bring another coffee option to the area. Several restaurants are reportedly slated for the area as well, including Someburros, Panda Express, and Farmer Boys. The development in the area is rounded out by two more businesses, offering dental services through an unnamed dentist office and auto care through the Christian Bros brand.
