Tri Pointe launches new community in Goodyear

By InBusiness Phoenix

Tri Pointe Homes Arizona, a homebuilder serving the Phoenix market for over 30 years under the name Maracay, announced the grand opening and start of sales at Abel Ranch in the West Valley suburb of Goodyear. Located on 78.5 acres within Phase 2 of the existing planned community, Tri Pointe anticipates offering 174 homes on self-developed sites across two distinct neighborhoods, Camerano and Navarre, each delivering new floorplans, modern architecture, and access to an array of outdoor amenities. Sales are currently underway with four model homes available for touring.

“Goodyear’s growth reflects what today’s homebuyers are looking for – access, opportunity, and a strong sense of community,” said Tri Pointe Homes Arizona Division President James Attwood. “Our new neighborhoods at Abel Ranch are designed to complement the city’s momentum by offering spacious, flexible, and thoughtfully designed homes in a location that continues to attract a wide range of homebuyers.”

Abel Ranch offers eight unique floorplans ranging in size from approximately 2,627 to 3,455 square feet. The Camerano neighborhood is expected to include 102 homes on homesites averaging 8,775 square feet, while the Navarre neighborhood includes 72 homes on homesites averaging 10,500 square feet. Home designs plan to feature 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4 bathrooms, 3 to 4 bay garages, and flexible options including RV garages. Two of the plans, Gardenia and Verde, include Tri Pointe’s signature GenSmart Suite® – a separate living space within the home, providing a private space for multigenerational living.
