The inaugural PinalCentral Presents forum on Thursday heard that the Casa Grande rental market is “booming,” which in turn is being driven by a solid local economy.
The event, dubbed “Pinal’s Reality Rent Check,” was led by emcee and Casa Grande City Councilmember Matt Herman, joined by panelists Kirk McCarville, associate broker at Land Advisors Organization; Kaycee Kisling, senior managing director of multifamily developments at Mark-Taylor Residential; Melissa Yost Fuentes, designated broker of Yost Realty Group at RE/MAX Casa Grande; and Robert Klob, vice chairman of the Pinal County Planning and Zoning Commission.
Also present at the discussion, held at J. Warren Funeral Services memorial reception hall, were District 3 Pinal County Supervisor Steve Miller and Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman Brett Benedict.
