After 51 months, five different judges, and at least $1.5 million in legal costs, the case of the Club West Conservancy vs. The Edge over the future of the Club West Golf Course is done for good.
Handing a complete victory to The Edge, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Susanna Pineda made that official on March 13, issuing an order that declared, “No further matters remain pending and this judgment is entered.”
That judgment declares the Conservancy’s third amendment to a complaint it initially filed in December 2021 is dismissed with prejudice and she is “adjudicating that CWC is entitled to take nothing on its complaint.”
