Goodwill, Glendale team for career expo

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona and the city of Glendale are hosting a Career Expo from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 25 at Heroes Regional Park Library, 6075 N. 83rd Ave., bringing together more than 20 employers and community partners from across the Valley.

The event, which is open to anyone in the community looking for employment opportunities, career resources, or connections with local organizations. The Career Expo will also mark the first major community event held in the library’s new community room.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with employers, explore open positions and participate in on-the-spot interviews with hiring organizations. Glendale will be the largest employer represented with more than 20 other businesses and organizations.

Additionally, attendees can receive support from Goodwill’s My Career Advisor team. Staff will be available during the event to help guide attendees through the expo, provide resume support and connect job seekers to additional career resources.
