Mattamy Homes, the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, continues to deepen its commitment to the Tucson market with the acquisition of 54 additional finished lots in Windmill Ridge at Mountain View Ranch, located in the highly desirable community of Vail, Arizona.
Mattamy Tucson LLC closed on the 54-lot purchase for $6,753,024 on February 18, 2026. Briana Rader, Director of Land Acquisition for Mattamy, coordinated the purchase. The seller in the transaction was Windmill Ridge Development, LLC. This comes on the heels of their successful acquisition of the initial 50 lots in December
