A gated multifamily development called Liv at Eastmark is planned on 8.5 acres about 725 feet east of the northeast corner of South Ellsworth Road and East Ray Road in Mesa.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board on March 25 voted 6-0 to approve a consent agenda including the site plan for the three-story development. Board member Genessee Montes was absent.
The site is zoned planned community in a general urban land use group where a multiple-residence development is a permitted land use, Planner Josh Grandlienard said during a study session prior to the meeting.
