The Gilbert Planning Commission recently reviewed a site plan and two conditional use permit requests for a proposed PopStroke miniature golf venue at the southeast corner of SanTan Village Parkway and Ray Road.
The project would redevelop roughly 4.25 acres of commercially zoned land.
The plan calls for a 36‑hole outdoor miniature golf facility with one 7,338‑square‑foot building and a 50,318‑square‑foot golf‑course area, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.
