New housing development opens in Goodyear

A new single-family housing development has opened in the West Valley city of Goodyear, adding 80 homes as the region continues to experience residential growth.

The project, known as El Cidro, features a mix of one- and two-story homes with floor plans ranging from approximately 1,500 to 2,900 square feet. Prices start in the high $300,000s and reach into the $400,000s.

The neighborhood design includes cul-de-sac streets, walking paths and homes positioned near open space and greenbelt areas. It is also close to local attractions such as Goodyear Ballpark, a spring training facility and event venue.
