San Tan Valley hosting public meetings on first zoning ordinance

The Town of San Tan Valley will hold its second public meeting this month as work continues on the community’s first municipal zoning ordinance.

The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the San Tan Valley Library Bronze Room, located at 31505 N. Schnepf Road.

Town officials are inviting residents, property owners, and other community stakeholders to attend the session to learn more about the zoning ordinance process and provide feedback on how land use regulations should shape the town’s future.
