The latest Arizona REALTOR® Insights survey explored REALTOR® perspectives on the home features, amenities and outdoor spaces that buyers value most in today’s market, as well as which buyer groups appear most influenced by amenities during the homebuying process.
REALTORS® representing markets across Arizona including Maricopa, Pinal, Pima, Yavapai, Coconino, Cochise, Mohave and Navajo counties responded to the survey.
Key Stats
- 91% of REALTORS® surveyed say updated kitchens are among the most requested home amenities.
- 80% say home amenities are very or extremely important to buyers.
- 55% report outdoor living space is among the most requested features.
- 64% say a covered patio, pool, or spa adds the most value to a home.
- 54% identify formal dining rooms, fireplaces, or media rooms as amenities buyers are least concerned about.
- 29% of REALTORS® say amenities influence buyers across all demographic groups.
