SPACING OUT? – Old Town Scottsdale marijuana amendment continued

A proposed change to decrease spacing requirements in Old Town Scottsdale between marijuana facilities and protected uses has been pushed off until March 2021.

The Scottsdale Planning Commission, which was scheduled to hear a proposed change to municipal code on behalf of Equity Partners on Nov. 18, has been continued with a unanimous vote to March 10, 2021.

Equity Partners seeks a text amendment and a conditional-use permit to redevelop a 0.14-acre site into a two-story mixed-use building for boutique retail and medical office at 7333, 7335 and 7337 E. Shoeman Lane.
