Lotus Project looks to expand in Chandler

The Chandler Council will consider plans for a new phase of the Lotus Project industrial development.

The Lotus Project is owned and developed by Conor Commercial. CBRE handles the leasing for the industrial development at Frye Road and the Loop 2020 freeway.

The City of Chandler is being asked to approve preliminary and final plat plans for the new phase of the Lotus Project. The item is on the Chandler council’s Jan. 25 agenda.

Four flex industrial buildings were developed as part of the first phase of the project. They total approximately 470,000 square feet.

The council  is being asked to approve three additional buildings as part of a second phase.It is on the Jan. 25 agenda.

The new phase will total approximately 300,000 square feet.

The site totals 53.33 acres.
