Trammell Crow apartment plans submitted in Scottsdale

Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a new 190-unit apartment complex to be developed by the Trammell Crow Company.

The Raintree Residential development is located at 8555 Raintree Drive in Scottsdale.

The property total 3.12 acres at the corner of Raintree and 87th Street. 

The land is currently vacant.

Trammell Crow is proposing a five-story (69-foot) multifamily building as well as an adjacent parking garage.

There is also an existing three-story office building and another proposed three-story office building adjacent to the proposed apartments.

Scottsdale is being asked to approve site plans and building elevations for the apartments.
