Drive-thrus gaining developer interest

A handful of fast food and quick-service restaurant brands have been able to thrive before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, and now developers are competing for spots to open up more of these locations with drive-thrus.

Right now, there is a lot of demand around the Phoenix metro area, said Travis Fidel, the co-founder and managing partner of Scottsdale-based Radar Capital Partners, a net lease lender that focuses his business almost entirely on single-tenant projects.
