New hangar, heliport, office space proposed in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

A new airplane hangar and heliport are being proposed at the Scottsdale Airpark.

Peoples Properties LLC (Chris Peoples) has submitted plans with the City of Scottsdale for a new 10,620 hangar to house several airplanes and a helicopter.

Peoples has also submitted conditional use permit plans with the city for a new heliport.

The property is currently vacant and is located at 15902 N. 80th Street in Scottsdale. It is adjacent to Scottsdale Airport.

Plans also call for 3,820-square-feet of office space and underground fuel facilities at the new hangar.

The property owner is asking the city to approve site plans and approval of a conditional use permit.
