Restaurants proposed in Chandler

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Chandler City Council will vote today (Monday, April 5) on rezoning vacant land at Pecos Road and McQueen Road for a commercial development with spots for restaurants.

The 3.54 acre is vacant and currently zoned for agricultural use.

Diversified Partners LLC wants to develop an 18,106-square-foot project with two restaurants and a day care on the site.

The council is being asked to rezone the property to Planned Area Development for Neighborhood Commercial.

Diversified is also working to acquire a 2,660-square-foot parcel owned by the city of Chandler that is adjacent to the development site.
