Plans filed for The Artisan Scottsdale redev in Old Town

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Plans have been filed with the City of Scottsdale to rezone and redevelop properties located at the southwest corner of Indian School Road and Marshall Way in Old Town.

Sub4 Development and Jackson Dearborn Partners — both based in Illinois — want to

assemble six vacant properties and two city owned parcels for a new mixed-use development called The Artisan Scottsdale.

The site totals 1.92 acres and the city is being asked to change the zoning on the land to allow for a mixed-use development.

Plans call for 83 residences, 5,000 square feet of commercial space and an art space along with underground public parking.

The plans filed with the city call for new buildings between 4 and 5 stories. The tallest building would be 66-feet tall.

The developers are asking Scottsdale to change zoning designations to allow for the mixed-use project.
