Chandler considers infill housing

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The Chandler City Council is considering plans to rezone vacant land at Galveston Street and Hartford Street for an infill single-family housing development.

Capital Investments LLC owns the land totaling 2.34 acres.

The group wants to build 15 single family homes on the site.

The vacant land is currently zoned commercial. The council is being asked at its April 19 meeting to rezone the property for single family residential use.

The development is called Serene Estates and has been in the works since 2018.
