The $87.7 million dollar project in the southwest Valley at McDowell Road and 150th Drive will start with a new city hall, public library and 2-acre grass park.

Scottsdale-based real estate investment company Globe Corporation will build a 100,000-square-foot, three-story office building and a four-story, 900-car parking garage. A second office building and garage could come later.

The rest of the vacant land will be left for future restaurants, entertainment retailers and apartments, townhomes or condominiums.
