County farmland could become Gilbert industrial park

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The town of Gilbert is looking at an annexation and rezoning 19.98 acres near Power Road and Warner Road for the development of an industrial park.

The land is currently unincorporated vacant farmland.

The Gilbert Town Council will consider annexing the East Valley parcel and rezone it for light industrial use.

The owner of the property is listed as PAS Investment Group LLC (Paul Sieczkowski), according to town documents.

Plans call for development of a new industrial park on the site.

The project is called the Hopewell Industrial Park. The annexation and rezoning are on the town council’s June 15 agenda.
