The sale of the remaining vacant land within Vistancia and a new swath of homes set to come on the market in the master-planned community could provide an influx of much-needed properties in the red-hot Peoria housing market.
Experts say the new inventory will provide a bump for the industry but it will be a while before the market becomes more balanced.
More than 7,600 homes and custom home sites have been sold to date in the 7,100-acre master planned Vistancia, which is home to more than 17,500 residents. That number stands to grow with the recent opening of Phase I of Northpointe at Vistancia, the development’s fourth and final community. In total, Northpointe spans 3,450 acres and is nestled between the White Peak and Twin Buttes land forms.
