Commercial development eyed for Chandler farmland

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

The City of Chandler is looking at rezoning 71.1 acres of farmland for development of a new light industrial and office business park at McQueen Road and Queen Creek Road.

Core5 Schrader Farms BP, LLC wants to develop Schrader Farms Business Park.

The LLC is an arm of Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners.

“Schrader Farms BP is expected to consist of approximately seven buildings, ranging in size between approximately 91,600 square feet and 234,320 square feet and a commercial building (on the future commercial pad),” according to development plans submitted to the city.

The rezoning is on the Chandler council’s July 12 agenda.
