By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for a new downtown development called The Goldwater.

Development plans call for a five-story, mixed-use project with 40 residential units and 7,389 square feet of commercial space.

The property is at 7000 E. 4th Street near Goldwater Boulevard and Marshall Way in downtown Scottsdale.

GW Land Investment is the developer of the project. The company has offices in Scottsdale and Spain, according to Arizona Corporation Commission filings.

ACC records list Jose Ignacio Moreno Rodriguez and Alvaro Moreno Navarro as corporate managers of the GW Land. Juan Pablo Bernal is listed at the primary development contact in the submittal to the city.

The land is vacant and is also near the Museum Square development.

The developer is seeking site and landscape plan approvals from the city.
