More than a year after backing out of a plan to open a factory that would employ 500 people in Goodyear, Nike sold its building for $103.2 million, according to real estate database Vizzda.
Nike bought the building, known as Lincoln Logistics 40, in 2019 for $69.8 million, but never opened the factory that was planned. In July 2020, the company confirmed that plans were scrapped for the facility, citing “unprecedented times.”
