Chicago firms plan massive industrial park on Loop 303 corridor in Glendale

Another industrial development is on its way to the rapidly expanding Loop 303 corridor in Glendale just west of the Luke Air Force Base.

At the end of July, Cresset Real Estate Partners and Clarius Partners closed on 98 acres of land fronting the northeast corner of Loop 303 and Northern Parkway for $23.3 million in cash, according to real estate database Vizzda. The seller was LeSueur Investments.
