Commercial real estate has been part of Kevin Czerwinski’s life since he was young. His relatives worked in both residential and commercial real estate, so he was able to see the industry up close.
“I was intrigued by that as a kid,” he said. “I thought, ‘Boy that looks pretty cool, it seems like they have fun doing it.’” Now, Czerwinski has been in the business for 36 years, and all three of his sons work in industrial real estate.
