Harvest Health sells to Trulieve, creating largest, most profitable US cannabis operator

Tempe-based Harvest Health & Recreation Inc. (CSE: HARV) has been sold to Trulieve Cannabis Corp. in a $2 billion deal that instantly created the largest and most profitable U.S. cannabis operator.

Harvest Health CEO Steve White said he sold the company he founded in 2011 because it provided access to capital to continue his expansion plans.
