Retail, hotel and industrial project gets OK from Tolleson

A large mixed-use project on 15 acres and a light industrial building received the green light from Tolleson City Council on Tuesday.

The first master-planned development calls for nine lots comprised of restaurants, retail shops, drive-thrus, a 4-story hotel and a light industrial building on the northeast corner of 99th Avenue and Van Buren Street just south of Interstate 10.
