Updated plans filed for Old Town development

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Developers have submitted updated plans in Scottsdale for a proposed 83-unit residential development with 5,000 square feet of commercial space on vacant parcels in Old Town.

Sub4 Development and Jackson Dearborn Partners want to assemble six vacant parcels near Indian School Road and Marshall Way in Old Town for a multifamily project called Artisan Scottsdale.

Plans also call for 5,000 square feet of commercial space.

The project sits on 1.92 acres. Developers submitted plans with the city earlier this year seeking zoning changes for the proposed project.

Updated plans were filed Oct. 27 with the city.
