A master-planned residential community that was once proposed for Buckeye could instead transform into a massive industrial center amid an unprecedented demand for space in the Phoenix metro.
The giant property consists of about 2,000 acres located east of the Buckeye Municipal Airport and south of Interstate 10. Phoenix-based Arizona Land Consulting LLC will manage the development of a proposed industrial center, which could see tens of millions of square feet of space built for employment uses with some residential development.
