Belfiore joins Scottsdale homebuilder homing in on build-to-rent sector

After selling his real estate data research firm in November 2020, Jim Belfiore has landed with a Scottsdale homebuilder with big plans for the build-to-rent sector.

Belfiore sold Belfiore Real Estate Consulting, which he founded in 2006, to Costa, Mesa-based Zonda in November 2020. By early 2021, he was named president of the southwest region of Kasa Development LLC, a startup focusing on modular homebuilding.
