The city Design and Review Board has unanimously given the green light to a 314-unit apartment complex on 5.7 acres near the intersection of N. Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 Pima Freeway.
However, the project – named “Streetlights” after developer Streetlights Residential’s – is only the next phase in a much larger development called One Scottsdale.
That project began in 2002 and is still five to 10 years away from completion, depending on market forces, according to Michael Burke, DMB senior vice president for commercial development. DMB is the master developer of the One Scottsdale project.
