Tempe to consider adding 500 housing units on city-owned lots

By KTAR

PHOENIX — Tempe is holding public meetings next week to get input on adding 500 housing units on city-owned lots along Apache Boulevard.

The units, which would be apartments, live-work spaces and townhomes, would be spread across four parcels and be offered to rent or own.

Tempe is hosting the hourlong virtual public meetings on Wednesday at 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
