Scottsdale-based Taylor Morrison Home Corp. paid $39.6 million for a 179.89-acre parcel of land in Queen Creek — an area difficult to find such large tracts for future home sites.
That chunk of land at the northwest corner of Sossaman and Ocotillo roads includes 405 lots within Phases 2 and 3 at the Legado master-planned community, where Taylor Morrison already has four communities.
