Paradise Valley approves general plan for August ballot

The Town of Paradise Valley will have a new general plan for voters to approve or deny on the ballot come Aug. 2.

The Town Council unanimously approved the Paradise Valley, Together 2022 General Plan during its March 17, meeting following two public hearings. All council members voted in favor of the resolution, though Ellen Andeen was absent and did not vote.

The current general plan was adopted in November 2011 and ratified by the voters in March 2012. State law requires general plans to be updated every 10 years.
