PHOENIX — The city of Surprise and Maricopa County have partnered to build a multigenerational community resource center in the West Valley city.
The 38,000-square-foot center will be on city-owned land in Surprise’s historic original town site, located at Hollyhock Street and Santa Fe Drive.
“This is an amazing project that will truly serve the well-being of our local community in new and expanded ways,” Surprise Mayor Skip Hall said in a press release.
