The largest parcel of undeveloped land in the affluent Arizona town of Paradise Valley is going on the market for $55 million, according to listing agent Joan Levinson of Realty One Group.
Spanning about 27 acres, the desert property has views of northern Scottsdale, Mummy Mountain and the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. Roughly 21 homes could be built on the parcel, Ms. Levinson said.
The vacant lot is owned by Nancy Teets, who lives across the street. Ms. Teets said she and her late husband, former Viad Corp. CEO John Teets, paid $6 million for the acreage in 1996 to preserve their mountain views.
