Rose Law Group adds Ghormley to family law practice

Rose Law Group is adding attorney Scott Ghormley to the expanding family law division.

Rose Law Group provides myriad expert legal services including, land use, development, family law, zoning, cannabis and new unprecedented areas of the law like cryptocurrency or the legalities of the Metaverse.

But the addition of Mr. Ghormley adds depth to a traditional and vital area of law, representatives say.

Mr. Ghormley is handling cases arising out of domestic relations and family law, including divorce, legal separation, annulment, and establishment of paternity, according to a press release.

Within these areas of practice, representatives there say, he will assists clients with determining or modifying legal, decision-making rights and parenting time (often referred to as child custody), child support, and complex spousal maintenance and community business valuations.

Mr. Ghormley is also qualified to provide several client services including pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

Mr. Ghormley earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2018 and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar, the release states.

In his free time, Ghormley loves spending time with his wife and their daughter. He is an avid fan of Arizona sports and enjoys playing golf, basketball, ping pong and pickleball.
