Coolidge welcomes Colorado-based home developer

COOLIDGE — Colorado-based home developer Oakwood Homes hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 25 to celebrate closings and further construction on its new Mesa Collection of single-story homes.

Located in Crosscreek Ranch at West Vah Ki Inn Road and North Kenworthy Road, the Oakwood Homes neighborhood has sprung up practically overnight.

Boasting five open-concept floor plans to choose from, within the $350,000 to $465,000 range, the neighborhood is closing on offers before the stucco is even placed on some homes.
