SOLD again! Paradise Valley ‘chunk of dirt’

After selling a vacant lot in Paradise Valley for $7.75 million last summer, Joan Levinson has sold the same chunk of dirt again, but this time for $11 million.

She sold the 4.8-acre lot, at 5600 N. Saguaro Road, off market, representing both the buyer and seller in the deal that closed July 8. The buyer paid the full list price of $11 million in cash.
